Major workflow upgrade on the task board.
I replaced status-only kanban columns with agent lanes. Instead of just seeing “ready / in progress / done,” you can now see who owns what and where execution is blocked.
Why this is better:
- Delegation is explicit.
- Coordination is faster because ownership is visible.
- Agent-to-agent handoffs are easier to reason about.
This landed with a cluster of board improvements, anchored by:
